Catherina Apel - Invoicing Team Lead

We’re happy to announce the promotion of Catherina Apel to Invoicing Team Lead! Since joining as an Invoicing Associate, Catherina has brought exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to every task. In her new role, she’ll continue processing invoices while helping lead day-to-day workflow and supporting team development.

Catherina’s deep understanding of our invoicing systems and her proactive approach to problem-solving make her a natural fit for this leadership role. We’re confident she’ll continue to make a strong impact in her new position.

Patrick Thompson - Sales Support Administrator

We’re excited to welcome Patrick Thompson to BBI! Patrick joined us on May 19th as a Sales Support Administrator, reporting to Tara Witt, Sales Manager, Grocery Carolinas. He brings a wealth of experience in sales, account management, customer service, and representation for consumer-packaged goods (CPG) manufacturers.

Patrick’s strong background and client-first mindset make him a great fit for our team. His understanding of client needs and talent for building lasting relationships will serve him well, and we are confident he’ll make a positive impact here at BBI.

Rose St Vil - Human Resources Coordinator

We’re pleased to announce Rose St Vil has joined the BBI team! Rose started with us on May 27th as an HR Coordinator, reporting to Amy Torrijos, Vice President, Human Resources. Rose brings over 10 years of experience in human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and compliance.

Rose has a proven track record of streamlining HR processes, improving employee engagement, and supporting leadership through effective communication and strategic planning. Her strong organizational skills and hands-on approach make her a valuable asset to the HR team.
