We are excited to announce that Anthony Santos has joined BBI as Director of Sales, Convenience, reporting to John Buehler. Anthony brings extensive experience in sales leadership, account development, and strategic planning across the convenience and small‑format retail landscape.

Throughout his career, Anthony has led sales planning, promotional strategy, and market execution while building strong relationships with both national and regional partners. His background includes overseeing large territories, guiding cross‑functional teams, and using data‑driven insights to support growth and strengthen customer engagement. Anthony is also known for his strong communication skills, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to delivering results.

His experience in brand promotion, strategic account development, and team mentorship makes him a valuable addition to BBI as we continue to expand our presence in the convenience channel.

BBI is excited to welcome Chayna Velez as a Data Support Administrator for the Special Markets Team, reporting to Sandra Casey. Chayna brings strong experience in administrative support, data organization, and workflow coordination, with a background spanning operations, logistics, and office management.

Throughout her career, Chayna has supported large teams by managing onboarding processes, preparing presentations, maintaining reporting tools, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. She has experience handling high‑volume communication, organizing schedules and meetings, maintaining accurate records, and supporting leadership with a wide range of administrative tasks. Her ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities has been a consistent strength across her roles.

Chayna’s strong organization, clear communication, and collaborative mindset make her a valuable partner to the teams she supports. Her experience working with Excel and other reporting tools further enhances her ability to support data‑driven processes across the organization.

We are pleased to welcome Benjamin Dehne to BBI as an Account Executive on our Special Markets Team, reporting to Andy Dixon. Benjamin brings extensive experience in sales, territory management, and account development, with a strong background in building relationships, analyzing market opportunities, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Throughout his career, he has led efforts to expand distribution, strengthen customer partnerships, and support cross‑functional teams to achieve shared goals. Benjamin is known for his collaborative approach, strong analytical skills, and commitment to delivering excellent service.

We are thrilled to announce that Kimberly Keefer has joined BBI as a Sales Support Administrator on our Grocery Team, reporting to Tara Witt. Kimberly brings more than 20 years of experience in sales support, office management, and customer service, with a strong background in manufacturing, merchandising, and operational coordination.

Known for her attention to detail and ability to strengthen internal and external partnerships, Kimberly has supported sales teams with costing, technical solutions, and client presentations. Her operational expertise and collaborative approach make her a strong addition to the Grocery Team.

Joseph is known for his customer focus, strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and collaborative leadership style. As a 2025 University of Tennessee  graduate, he joins BBI with fresh ideas, energy, and readiness to strengthen our partnerships, support client growth, and make a meaningful impact on the  team.
