The 2022 Private Label Trade Show was held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Chicago, IL, from November 13-15. The show was sold out this year, with more than 5,000 in attendance, 1,400 companies, and 2,300 exhibition booths.
Our Director of Client Relationships, Greg White, attended to gain an understanding of the abilities and opportunities for manufacturers (both existing BBI partners and new partners) for private label execution in our five Channels of Trade – Value, Grocery, C-Store, Unattended Retail and Special Markets. It was a great networking opportunity to learn about upcoming innovations and identify suppliers and their capacities.
The Private Label Manufacturers Association is a non-profit organization founded in 1979 to promote store brands. It is the only trade group of its kind, representing 3,500 member companies in more than 75 countries. In addition to annual, industry-defining trade shows in Chicago and Amsterdam, PLMA offers its members conferences, executive education, professional development, market research, category and channel sales data, consumer surveys, and publications.
