Supporting Strategic Growth Through Key Leadership Updates

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Alvarez to Vice President of Special Markets, effective May 11, 2026.

Throughout his time with BBI, Brian has worked collaboratively, supported his colleagues, and strengthened partnerships that deliver meaningful results for our team, clients, and customers. In his new role, he will continue to build on this impact while leading the Sales Team and Directors, helping to align and execute on key priorities.

Stepping into Brian’s previous role, we are excited to welcome Dave Szymanski as our Director of Sales on the Special Markets team. Dave joins us after 15 years with The Hershey Company and brings extensive experience in the consumer products industry, along with a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

Another addition to the Special Markets team is Nikki Jenkins. She joins as an Account Executive, bringing extensive CPG experience, most recently driving strong sales growth in the small-format hardware and ranch & farm channels through her work with Dot’s Pretzels and The Hershey Company.
