New Sheridan House Home Dedicated by Taylor Family

The Robert & Elizabeth Taylor Home was dedicated at Sheridan House, bringing hope and support to single moms, children, and families.

On January 16, Sheridan House Family Ministries celebrated the dedication of the Robert & Elizabeth Taylor Home, generously sponsored by the Taylor Family. This home is far more than a building; it represents a legacy of hope, stability, and new beginnings for single moms, their children, and families in need who will soon call it home.

The Taylor Family’s long-standing commitment to Sheridan House, carried forward through Burdette Beckmann, Inc. (BBI), shows what it looks like when a family and the company they are part of choose to invest deeply in their community. This home stands as a tangible expression of that vision, rooted in service and dedication to strengthening families.

Giving back has been a core pillar of BBI since the company’s founding, instilled by Bob and Sherry Taylor. Their heart for service continues to guide the company today, and the Robert & Elizabeth Taylor Home reflects that legacy in action — providing a safe space where families can thrive, grow, and build brighter futures.

This dedication is a lasting testament to the Taylor Family’s compassion and vision. Their support ensures Sheridan House can continue its mission of empowering single parents and children for years to come, adding another chapter to a legacy that has already transformed countless lives.
