June Is National Candy Month - Things Are About to Get Sweeter!

Whether your favorite is chocolate, gum, candy, or mints, we have a whole month dedicated to celebrating all candy-things related and their contribution to our economy and culture.

Founded by the National Confectioners Association (NCA), National Candy Month was first observed in January 1974. According to the NCA, candy makers directly employ nearly 54,000 people across the United States, with more than 550,000 jobs supported in related industries, including agriculture, retail, transportation, and more. For every job created in confectionery manufacturing, another ten are supported in related industries.

National Candy Month is the perfect time to try new items, support local candy makers, and honor the companies producing these delicious treats for over a hundred years.
