BBI's Strategic Promotions and Team Advancements
We’re excited to share three important updates across the BBI team, including two promotions and one new hire, as part of our continued investment in strategic growth and strengthening our national account leadership.
First, please join us in congratulating Brantley Taylor on her promotion to Director of National Accounts at BBI Convenience, reporting to Meredith Holt Shaw, SVP Convenience, effective May 1, 2026.
In this newly created role, Brantley will lead BBI’s national enterprise relationships with some of the country’s largest convenience retailers while driving the continued growth and strategy of the National Accounts team. She will oversee key account strategy, buyer engagement, and data-driven initiatives supported by category managers Rebecca Morris and Grace Alvero, along with insights from NIQ, SPINS, and Circana.
“Brantley has been a valued leader in strengthening the Dollar General partnership and growth. We’re excited to see the future impact she will have in this new position for not only her team, but our clients and customers alike,” shared Meredith Holt Shaw.
As part of this transition, Nathan Self has been promoted to National Account Manager, where he will oversee relationships with Casey’s, Love’s, QuikTrip, and Kwik Trip. Jennifer Morgan will continue leading relationships with Pilot, BP, RaceTrac, and GPM Investments.
We’re also excited to welcome Hannah Ayala to the BBI Value Dollar General Team as an Account Executive, effective May 1, 2026. Reporting to Alex Miller and Zahra Wilson, Hannah will lead Seasonal Candy at Dollar General and help drive growth through strong customer partnerships and insight-led strategies.
