In the spirit of giving, BBI celebrates the success of its 10th Annual Toy Drive. This decade-long holiday tradition brings joy and illuminates the lives of children and families during this magical season.
From November 3rd to November 30th, our offices nationwide joined forces, making a significant impact on nonprofit organizations such as Sheridan House, Hope Helps, Steve's Coats for Kids, and the Clark County Veterans Assistance Center.
The team collected unwrapped and unused toys for children aged 1 to 12. Beyond the toy drive, BBI organized various initiatives, including supporting a veteran and their family and collecting coats, hats, and gloves for those in need. Every contribution, big or small, played a crucial role in making this initiative a heartwarming triumph.
When we unite, our impact knows no bounds, and as we look forward to spreading holiday magic for many more years, here's a breakdown of the initiatives by office:
North Carolina Office/Grocery Carolinas Team: donated coats, gloves, and hats to Steve's Coats for Kids, exceeding last year's contribution with 36 coats.
Lafayette Office/Retail Southwest Team: contributed 78 toys to Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Acadiana, including a variety of items like baby dolls, board games, puzzles, and technology. They were invited to distribute these donations at the organization's annual Christmas party.
Vancouver Office/Retail West Team: Supported a family of 5 through the Veterans Affairs Association, making the holidays brighter for a single dad and his four children.
Lake Mary Office: Collected toys for Hope Helps, an organization dedicated to preventing and reducing hunger and homelessness in Central Florida.
Thank you for joining us in making a difference and brightening the holidays for those in need. Together, we create lasting memories and share the joy of the season!
