Darren brings over 16 years of leadership experience as President of Action Sales West, where he successfully guided the company’s growth across California, Nevada, and Arizona. His expertise in confectionery, snacks, and beverages, combined with his ability to build strong client relationships, has made him a trusted partner in the industry.

Darren’s proven track record in strategic planning and team development will be instrumental as we strengthen our presence in the Western region. We’re excited to announce that Bryan Roth has joined BBI as an Account Executive on the Retail West team! Bryan has nearly a decade of experience in sales and account management, including nine years at Action Sales West along with his previous roles in the industry. His strong background in building relationships and driving results makes him a valuable addition to our team.

Bryan’s knowledge of the Western market and commitment to customer success will help us deliver best-in-class service to our clients. We look forward to seeing the impact of his expertise as we expand our reach in California, Nevada, and Arizona.

Dzung has been with Action Sales West for thirteen years, specializing in confectionery sales and developing strong partnerships across multiple trade channels. Jenna has spent the past eight years at Action Sales West, where she played a key role in managing operations and supporting sales teams to ensure seamless execution. Jenna’s ability to streamline processes and foster collaboration will help strengthen BBI’s infrastructure as we integrate Action Sales West into our national platform. We are thrilled to have her expertise and energy on board as we continue to grow and innovate.

We’re excited to announce that Traci Elder has joined BBI as an Account Executive on our Retail Southwest team. Traci brings over 10 years of experience in the broker and CPG industries, with expertise in financial planning, forecast analysis, process improvement, and customer sales.

Her proven ability to develop strategic marketing initiatives and drive results makes her a fantastic addition to our team. Traci is passionate about building strong partnerships and delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are excited to share that Amber Moore has joined the Retail Southwest team as our new Sales Support Administrator. Amber brings a wealth of experience in sales support, office management, and client engagement, with a proven track record of delivering operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.

Her background includes managing office operations for multiple manufacturers and distributors, coordinating large-scale events, and implementing cost-saving solutions that drive business growth.
