BBI Welcomes Four New Team Members in August

Introducing Our Newest Team Members

BBI is pleased to welcome four new team members who joined the organization throughout August. Bringing experience across sales, customer service, retail merchandising, and grocery operations, Chris Anderson, Tina Baumgart, Richard Bourquin, and Tammy Bourquin are joining teams across the organization and supporting BBI’s continued growth.

Chris Anderson | Account Executive - Retail Southwest

Chris joined BBI on August 10 as an Account Executive supporting the Retail Southwest team. He reports to Graham McIntosh, Vice President, Gulf States.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development, key account management, and sales leadership within the consumer products industry. Throughout his career, Chris has worked closely with manufacturers, distributors, and retail accounts to expand business, develop strategic opportunities, and maximize product placement and promotional opportunities.

His experience includes managing key accounts, leading sales teams, developing marketing plans, negotiating pricing and rebate agreements, and driving growth across the South-Central United States. Chris’s extensive industry experience and strong business development background will be a valuable addition to BBI’s Retail Southwest team.

Tina Baumgart | Account Executive – Inside Sales

Tina joined BBI on August 3 as an Account Executive supporting Inside Sales. She reports to Tammy Whittemore, National Inside Sales Manager.

She brings extensive experience in customer service, client relations, sales, and problem resolution. Throughout her career, Tina has focused on building strong customer relationships, addressing customer needs, and finding effective solutions.

Her background also includes leadership and sales experience, including managing store operations, inventory, and customer service. Tina’s customer-focused approach, communication skills, and sales experience will be a great addition to BBI’s Inside Sales team.

Richard Bourquin | Retail Merchandiser – Grocery Florida

Richard joined BBI on August 10 as a Retail Merchandiser supporting Grocery Florida. He reports to Joe West, Retail Supervisor.

Richard brings hands-on experience in retail merchandising, grocery, sales, and customer service. His previous merchandising experience includes resetting merchandise in Publix stores using planograms. He also spent several years with Flowers Foods as a Sales Manager, where he was responsible for growing sales through independent distributors.

Richard’s combination of grocery, merchandising, and sales experience will be a valuable asset to BBI’s Florida Grocery team.

Tammy Bourquin | Retail Merchandiser – Grocery Florida

Tammy joined BBI on August 24 as a Retail Merchandiser supporting Grocery Florida. She reports to Joe West, Retail Supervisor.

She brings more than a decade of grocery and retail management experience, with expertise in merchandising, planograms, inventory control, and store operations. During her career, she managed day-to-day operations for Circle K stores, overseeing planograms, merchandising, inventory, out-of-date products, and compliance.

She also brings additional experience in customer service, cashiering, and warehouse operations. Tammy’s strong understanding of grocery operations and merchandising will be a valuable addition to BBI’s Florida Grocery team.
