BBI Village Dedication Set for May 9: A Major Milestone for Affordable Housing in Broward County

We’re proud to announce that BBI Village is nearing completion, with the official dedication ceremony taking place on May 9, a powerful milestone in our commitment to strengthening the communities we serve.

In partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Broward, BBI Village is a 24-townhome community in Fort Lauderdale designed to provide safe, stable housing for 96 individuals, including 72 children. This development represents more than new homes; it’s a foundation for long-term stability, opportunity, and growth.

Future homeowners are selected based on need and dedication, complete 300 hours of sweat equity, participate in financial education programs, and ultimately purchase their homes through an affordable, zero-interest mortgage. This model empowers families to invest in their future while building pride in homeownership.
