BBI Supports Clients at NAMA Coffee, Tea & Water Show

From booth support to private dinners, BBI’s team drove engagement and strengthened partnerships at the Miami event, Nov. 4–5.

The NAMA Coffee Tea & Water (CTW) Show held in Miami from November 4th-5th, is the premier event for the convenience services industry, dedicated to office coffee services (OCS), pantry solutions, and workplace amenities. Hosted by the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA), CTW brings together operators and suppliers to explore strategies for evolving from trusted service providers to essential business partners. Representing BBI at this year’s CTW were Jason Ricard, Eric King, Doug Schnurr, Mike Kelley, and Rich Walters.

The two-day event brought together industry leaders from the vending and micro-market channels. BBI’s team actively supported clients and brand partners by assisting with booth setup, driving engagement, and facilitating introductions with national operators, distributors, and buying groups.

Highlights included hosting two private client dinners, Canteen on Night 1 and Sodexo on Night 2, creating valuable networking opportunities. Through these efforts, BBI reinforced its commitment to visibility and relationship-building in the unattended retail space.
