BBI Promotions and Strategic Hiring

The month of July marked a significant milestone at BBI. The promotion of not one but four of our most seasoned associates, and the welcoming of new talent to our company, gives us a competitive edge and sets opportunities for exponential growth.

New Talent: Meredith Holt Shaw

Meredith joined BBI on July 5, 2022, as our new Senior Vice President of Client Relationships. Meredith comes to us as a highly experienced professional, having worked for many years in the candy and snack industry with top manufacturing companies. Her role at BBI will be client and industry-facing, with her focus on broadening our overall sales businesses.

‍Promotion: Stacey Rutherford

Stacey has been at BBI for 22 years and has been part of the candy and confectionery industry for 27 years. She has been promoted to Vice President of Family Dollar and will be inducted this year into the Candy Hall of Fame.

Promotion: Glen Gauthier

Glen has been at BBI for 13 years and has been part of the candy and confectionery industry for 33 years. He has been promoted to Vice President of Dollar General and will oversee their various business units.

Promotion: Allison Hudson 

Allison has been at BBI for 19 years and part of the candy and confectionery industry for 31 years. She has been promoted to Vice President of Grocery Florida and will continue to maximize profit on all things Publix.

Promotion: Tony Stogner

Tony has been at BBI for 12 years and part of the candy and confectionery industry for 28 years. He has been promoted to Vice President of Grocery Carolinas and will continue incrementing sales and managing national and regional clients.
