BBI at the 4th Annual Habitat for Humanity of Broward CEO Build

BBI’s CEO, Robert Taylor, worked alongside future homeowners and other elite CEOs to support affordable workforce housing.

On Saturday, March 4th, our BBI CEO Robert Taylor served the South Florida Community by participating in the 4th Annual Habitat for Humanity of Broward CEO Build at the Rick Case Habitat Community. This year’s construction task was roofing (dry-in), where future homeowners worked alongside prominent CEOs to make the roof of each home impermeable to rain and weather.

During their Morning Circle, Robert got to pray over each family and fellow CEOs.

Nancy Robin, CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Broward, stated, “there is nowhere else in the country that has this type of demand. I have never felt more hopeful, and this is an economic issue as well as just an issue of the heart, our principles, and basic values.”

The Habitat for Humanity CEO Build
raises funds, awareness, and human capital to create more affordable workforce housing. The need has never been greater. Today, almost nine out of ten prospective Broward home hunters cannot afford to own a home.
