Advancing Growth: Haley Kolar Joins BBI

We are pleased to announce Haley Kolar is joining BBI as Director of Client Development, to the Special Markets team, effective December 1st, 2025.

With more than 12 years of experience in CPG manufacturer leadership, Haley has led national partnerships and managed multi-million-dollar portfolios that consistently deliver growth. She has directed complex business planning initiatives to align sales, marketing, and supply chain strategies. Haley is recognized for championing category management and forecasting strategies that improve ROI and enhance in-store execution. Her ability to build strong client relationships and deliver enterprise-level solutions creates long-term value for partners.

In her new role, Haley will lead key client development and strengthen BBI’s partnership with Vistar Headquarters, elevating strategic execution, collaboration, and long-term growth initiatives. She will report directly to Andy Dixon, Senior Vice President of Special Markets.
