Robert Taylor Becomes Chairman of the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Broward!

At BBI, giving back to our community is centered as one of our greatest core values.
As such, our very own president, Robert Taylor Jr., has consistently made it a point to make our company involved with as many charity partners as possible. He goes even further by being on the board of various organizations and becoming an integral part of their activities. One of these organizations is Habitat for Humanity and this month, we see the result of our presidentís dedication to giving back.

Habitat for Humanity names Robert Taylor Jr. as the new Chairman of the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Broward. As Chair, Robert will provide strategic leadership and fiduciary oversight as he leads a dynamic Board and organization over the next two years, which includes ambitious plans for the agencyís growth.

"We are honored to have Robert serve as our chair," said Nancy Robin, Habitat Broward's CEO and executive director. "His family and company, Burdette Beckmann, Inc. (BBI), are among our most philanthropic partners. Robert also brings a strong business acumen to our team to lead us during this exciting time in our history."

Taylor will replace Bill Feinberg after completing a two-year tenure in August. Feinberg was part of the team that allowed Habitat Broward to obtain a nine-acre parcel, which will be the site for A Rick Case Habitat Community, a new 77-home community in Pompano Beach.

We at BBI could not be any prouder of the great leadership we have. Robert Taylor Jr. is an inspiration to us all!
