John Ripley Promoted to VP, Retail West at BBI

BBI is pleased to announce the promotion of John Ripley to Vice President, Retail West, effective July 1, 2025. John will continue reporting to Meredith Holt Shaw, Senior Vice President, Convenience.

A dedicated leader with over 18 years at BBI, John has consistently exemplified integrity, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to both clients and teams. Under his leadership, BBI’s Northwest region has experienced significant growth across the Convenience and Grocery channels.

In his expanded role, John will oversee the broader Western U.S. region, leading the Convenience and Grocery operations, unifying sales strategies and driving performance across key markets. This move reflects BBI’s commitment to scaling success while maintaining operational excellence.

To support this growth, BBI will also invest in expanding the team under John’s leadership, reinforcing the infrastructure needed to maintain the company's high standards and momentum.
