Habitat for Humanity Gets Huge Win This Month!
Habitat For Humanity got a huge win this month when the Broward Community Foundation approved their pitch for grant funding for the new 77 home development initiative in the Pompano Beach area.
The Broward Community Foundation awarded Habitat for Humanity of Broward with a $1,000,000 dollar grant! This will be incredibly vital to the success of this home development project, which has been on a planning phase for close to a decade.
The nearly $10 million dollar project will be the largest Habitat has ever built in Broward and will take around 5 years to build all the homes. We are proud that BBI's own Robert Taylor Jr, Chairman of the Habitat for Humanity Broward Board, is a part of this mission to help other live a better life.
