For the Second Year in a Row, BBI Returns as the Title Sponsor for the Annual Art & Somm

BBI partnered with Business for the Arts of Broward to host its Second Annual Art & Somm on November 17 at the MAD agency in Dania Beach.

An intimate evening awaited guests during Business for the Arts Broward’s (BFA) second annual Art & Somm, presented by BBI. On Thursday, November 17, at the MAD agency in Dania, a sommelier guided a wine tasting and food pairing while guests enjoyed an artist encounter with a featured artist – William Braemar. All proceeds of the evening went to benefit BFA’s Endowed Fund for the Arts.

William Braemer’s artwork is the result of an amazing life experience and a personality that hungers for rich, character-defining adventures. William’s artwork can be defined as abstract expressionism, notably flavored with valiant colors, rich strokes, and provocative themes. From the Caribbean-flavored abstract paintings inspired by his Cuban heritage to the ornately crafted sculptures, William’s Artwork appeals to a broad cross-section of collectors. As a young man, William was educated in New York and, upon graduation, apprenticed in Europe during the 1980s. While living in Florence, Italy, he was inspired by the city’s rich artistic history and deep-rooted culture. It was this moment in time of William’s life that inspired him to pursue his passion for art, thus beginning a life-long journey steeped in a love for self-expression.
