At BBI, we're proud to recognize our team members' hard work and dedication. This April, we're excited to announce the well-deserved promotions of two outstanding associates who continue to go above and beyond.
Meet Our Newly Promoted Team Members:

Category Manager | Convenience Channel
Rebecca Morris has been promoted to Category Manager | Convenience, effective April 7, reporting to Meredith Holt Shaw, BBI Vice President of Convenience channel. In this role, Rebecca will take the lead on providing category analytics and valuable insights within the convenience channel. Her strong analytical mindset and commitment to client success have made her a valuable asset to our team, and we look forward to seeing her thrive in this expanded position.

Customer Service Team Lead
Marcela Camacho has been promoted to Customer Service Team Lead, also effective April 7, reporting to Krista Harper, BBI Customer Service Manager. In her new role, Marcela will coach and mentor team members, support professional development, and collaborate with leadership to implement meaningful improvements. With a solution-oriented mindset, Marcela will play a key role in helping resolve any customer service issues efficiently and escalate matters as needed. Her dedication to service excellence and teamwork make her a great fit for this new leadership role.
