BBI Unattended Retail’s West Region Team Comes Together for its First Annual Meeting Post-Pandemic

After remote meetings and virtual conferences, our BBI Unattended Retail West Region Team gathered for its first annual meeting since the pandemic. This was held on March 7-9 at the Embassy Suites in Santa Ana, California, a perfect location for the 3-day meeting.

The conference room was filled with 21 suppliers and 8 BBI personnel over the three days of the meeting.  Suppliers presented their new and core items to target in 2023 and answered questions from the BBI team. There was robust discussion of customer successes and opportunities along with sharing of best practices. Seeing the team working together and sharing their knowledge and expertise was inspiring.

Each night, the team enjoyed a fabulous dinner with the suppliers that presented that day. The food was delicious and the conversation engaging. It was an excellent opportunity to network and build relationships with the suppliers.

As the meeting drew to a close, everyone at BBI was grateful for the opportunity to come together as a team. This meeting set the tone for the upcoming year with a feeling of accomplishment and optimism, and we are excited to see the results.
