BBI Invests in Team Growth Through Delta Green Belt Training

BBI proudly participated in the Delta Green Belt Training held on May 6th and 7th, hosted by Jammie Kokesh and Glen Gauthier. The two-day session brought together 12 BBI representatives from all channels, along with clients and customers, to deepen their skills in data-driven decision-making.

The training focused on analyzing data, identifying key insights, and using top-tier data visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively. Team members explored tools and strategies designed to enhance reporting and data storytelling—skills that are critical in today’s competitive retail landscape.

As part of BBI’s continued investment in team development, each participant now has 8+ months of access to Delta’s e-learning platform, which includes valuable resources such as Retail Math, Excel Charts, Pivot Tables, and Data Visualization modules. Recommended courses like Component Compare, Share, and Expand the Metrics offer practical applications that can immediately impact performance.
