BBI Helping Habitat for Humanity to Build New Homes!

On October 24th, Habitat for Humanity of Broward dedicated seven homes in Pompano Beach, providing new and affordable homes to deserving families. Each family received the keys to their new home and celebrated the completion of the construction last weekend. District 5 Commissioner Barry Moss, Habitat Broward staff, volunteers and friends were in attendance.

Homes were made possible thanks to the generosity of Burdette Beckmann, Inc. and the Robert Taylor, Jr. family, First Presbyterian Church of Fort Lauderdale, Publix Super Markets Charities, Sunbeam Television/WSVN 7, Ultimate Software, Wadsworth Family Foundation, Wells Fargo Foundation, and the American Express Foundation, as well as the City of Pompano Beach and Homeownership For All.

BBI is honored to provide such a wonderful service to our community. Here's the link to an article by Channel 7 News that provides a great look at the dedication itself.
