BBI attended the 2021 NAMA Fly-In One Voice Advocacy Summit

The 2021 NAMA Fly-In One Voice Advocacy Summit took place in Washington, D.C., on November 16-17 and made a difference at Capital Hill on issues impacting the convenience services industry and business community.

BBI’s Vice President, Distribution – John Seeberger, and Vending Regional Manager – Greg White participated in this year’s NAMA’s 2021 Legislative Fly-in & Advocacy Summit.

Joining nearly 100 NAMA members, John and Greg spoke with members of Congress focusing on pandemic-era issues. They urged Congress to preserve fourth-quarter access to the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) and allow flexibility so that employers can address issues such as:

  • Labor shortages
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • The pending vaccination mandate
  • Different ways to alleviate ongoing stress from coin currency shortages
