Karen Avery – Customer Support Specialist

Karen joins BBI with a background of over 20 years in administration and customer support. Throughout her career, she has specialized in coordinating sales support, managing client relationships, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency. Known for her strong communication skills and ability to handle complex tasks with accuracy, Karen provides seamless service and dependable support to both customers and partners.
Samantha Amendola – Sales Support Administrator

Samantha brings extensive experience in office management, inventory management, and sales support, with a strong background in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and Office 365 tools. She excels at organizing complex workflows, managing data-heavy environments, and coordinating both virtual and in-person client meetings. Her attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and dedication to driving results will make her an invaluable asset to our sales team.
Lisa Rice – Accounts Receivable Associate

Lisa has had a successful career in accounting, including expertise with SAP, Excel, Ariba, and Coupa. In her new role, she will be responsible for reviewing and logging payments, reconciling invoices, tracking commission statements, and ensuring accurate reporting across accounts. Her strong background in billing, reconciliations, and client support, along with her attention to detail and problem-solving skills, will make her a valuable addition to our team.
Nancy Centeno – Sales Support Administrator

Nancy brings valuable expertise in business operations and sales support, with a strong background in Salesforce, Excel, and data reporting. In her new role, she will utilize CRM and Microsoft Office tools to streamline sales operations, manage high-volume data entry, and prepare detailed reports to support key projects. She will also play a crucial role in coordinating meetings, analyzing data, and ensuring clear communication with both internal teams and external partners. With her organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage shifting priorities, Nancy will be a great asset to our sales team.
Taylor Lambert – Account Executive

Taylor has an extensive professional journey in client management, trade marketing, and strategic planning within the CPG industry. She has successfully managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, introduced numerous new distribution items, and built strong client relationships through data-driven strategies and collaboration. In her new role, Taylor will partner with our grocery clients to drive growth, optimize performance, and strengthen key customer relationships. Her proven track record of delivering results and her passion for building connections make her a valuable addition to our team.
Misael Ortiz – Customer Sales Representative

With a strong background in Medicaid application processing and member support, Misael brings valuable experience in navigating complex systems and collaborating across teams to resolve issues efficiently. In this role, Misael will connect with assigned customers to build strong relationships and ensure their needs and expectations are met with the highest level of service. With a focus on accuracy, problem-solving, and collaboration, Misael will play a key role in supporting both our customers and Account Executives to deliver seamless service and solutions.
