Sandra Casey

Please join us in congratulating Sandra Casey on her promotion to Sales Support Team Lead for the Special Markets team.

Building on her experience as a Sales Support Manager, Sandra will lead the execution of New Item Form (NIF) with a focus on quality, efficiency, and process improvement. She will guide daily operations, provide oversight and coaching, and ensure that all submissions meet the highest standards.

Sandra brings a strong leadership perspective and deep understanding of our operations. Her ability to drive consistency, support team development, and enhance workflows will be instrumental in strengthening the Sales Support function. Congratulations, Sandra!

Shauna Alexander

We are happy to share that Shauna Alexander has been promoted to Sales Support Team Lead on the Special Markets team.

Stepping into this new role, Shauna oversees the day-to-day flow of New Item Forms and serves as a key point of support for questions, training, and issue resolution. She will help keep processes running smoothly while maintaining accuracy and timeliness across the team’s work.

Having grown within the Sales Support team, Shauna has built a strong foundation in execution, organization, and collaboration. Her attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement positioned her well for this next step. Congratulations, Shauna!

Shay Addison

Please join us in welcoming Shay Addison to the team as our new Sales Support Manager on the Special Markets team. Shay will lead and oversee the Sales Support department, ensuring the team delivers accurate, timely, and scalable support that enables both Sales and the broader organization to succeed.

In this role, Shay will be responsible for setting department goals, driving process improvements, and overseeing key functions including reporting, billing, and operational workflows. She will partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to support business priorities, strengthen performance, and build a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

We’re excited to have Shay on board and look forward to her leadership in this important function.

April Williams

We are excited to share that April Williams has joined the Special Markets team as our new Sales Support Administrator! She will be reporting to Shay Addison, Sales Support Manager.

April has a background in administrative coordination and operational support, where she worked closely with leadership, managed complex compliance and licensing processes, and supported financial reviews and budgeting efforts. She has experience streamlining workflows, handling detailed documentation, and keeping fast-moving teams organized and aligned.

In her new role, April will support our sales team through day-to-day coordination, helping manage key processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and proactive approach will be a great asset as she helps keep our sales running smoothly. Welcome to the team, April!
