Are You Ready to Join Our Dynamic Team?

BBI is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Support Manager to join our team in the Lake Mary, FL office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Support Team, serving as the main point of contact for specific client accounts, and ensuring smooth operations across various departments.

Here's a Taste of What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the support team
  • Client business manager- main contact for a few lines
  • QBR prep- create presentation slides and compile sales data, recap review to team with our marketing department
  • Participate in weekly leadership calls with directors
  • Interview support team candidate
  • Maintain SharePoint for client files
  • Participate in onboarding client calls to set clear expectations
  • Coordinate regular calls with customer service, trade planning, and commissions team
  • Collect recurring updated contact rosters from all departments so AEs may have the latest files
  • Run DOT reports
  • Assist clients with account setups in DOT
  • Research unpaid commissions
  • Manage the billing log directory for the commissions' team
  • Tradeshow planning and execution includes attending events as needed
  • Create logs for the support team to upkeep and monitor the workload
  • Develop and upkeep calendars for customer reviews and tradeshows
  • Develop and upkeep a streamlined legal list
  • Work with third-party reporting companies to maintain their systems (CDSI, Blue World, Sprout)
  • Participate in virtual meetings and determine support needs for the account executives
  • Set up Teams and Zoom meeting calls as needed
  • Communicate price changes or any other key changes to appropriate departments
  • Oversee data entry management and new client onboarding

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel or related spreadsheet software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Quick learner with the ability to master new software and systems
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Experience Level:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sector, food industry, or broker environment.
