Radhika Basin – Human Resources Generalist

We are pleased to announce that Radhika Basin has joined BBI as our new Human Resources Generalist.

In her role, Radhika will be responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting employee relations, coordinating training programs, and assisting with benefits administration and compliance. She will also contribute to HR projects and assist in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.

Radhika has extensive experience in human resources, having most recently served as a Senior HR Associate and Generalist, where she supported a workforce of over 2,000 employees across multiple business units. Her background includes full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management. Radhika’s strong expertise in human resource systems makes her a valuable addition to our team.

Abel Galindo – Customer Service Representative

We are excited to welcome Abel Galindo to the BBI team as a Customer Service Representative on the Special Markets team!

In this role, Abel will serve as a key liaison between manufacturers and customers, ensuring seamless communication and excellent customer service. He will be responsible for processing orders, managing pricing updates, and proactively resolving issues, all while fostering strong relationships with customers and clients.

Abel brings a versatile background and a passion for connecting with people. His experience as a bilingual professional, combined with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset, makes him a great fit for this role. Whether supporting students in Japan or coordinating sensitive deliveries for the Department of Health, Abel has consistently demonstrated reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
