BBI Retail West Team Meeting 2026 in Vancouver

BBI's Retail West Team met in Vancouver to align on goals, discuss opportunities, strengthen collaboration, and build team connections.

From June 2–4, the BBI Retail West Team gathered in Vancouver, Washington, for a productive team meeting focused on collaboration, strategic planning, and continued growth across the region.

Hosted at the AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront, the meeting brought together 15 BBI associates, including Meredith Holt Shaw, Senior Vice President of Convenience, John Ripley, Vice President of Retail West, Evan Dawson, Executive Vice President of Sales, and members of the Retail West Team. Over the course of three days, attendees participated in discussions centered on business objectives, market opportunities, team alignment, and strategies for driving success throughout the remainder of the year.

The meeting provided valuable time for sharing insights, reviewing priorities, and strengthening collaboration across the team. In addition to the business sessions, associates enjoyed opportunities to connect outside the meeting room, building relationships and celebrating the strong culture that makes BBI successful.

By combining focused planning with team-building experiences, the Retail West Team left Vancouver energized and aligned around a shared vision for continued growth and delivering exceptional results for our partners.
