Sales Support Administrator

Location | 100% In Office, Lake Mary, FL

Hours | 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills, along with intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, to support internal teams, external partners, and day-to-day sales operations.

This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who takes pride in supporting others, contributing to team success, and helping create an efficient, collaborative work environment.

Recipe for Success:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Support, Administrative, or related business support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot and SharePoint.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, such as Corecentrix or similar systems, preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, anticipate workflow needs, and adjust as priorities change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with time-sensitive deadlines.

Here is a taste of what you will be doing:

  • Utilize CRM tools (Corecentrix) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) to streamline sales operations and reporting.
  • Prepare, update, and analyze Excel reports using formulas, pivot tables, and data organization tools to support project and business needs.
  • Assist with the coordination of internal and external meetings, including Vendor Days, client calls, and virtual or in-person discussions.
  • Gather, organize, and review data from multiple sources to help support informed decision-making.
  • Manage high-volume email communication, calendars, Teams messages, and phone interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Anticipate the needs of the sales team and key business partners by identifying potential issues and helping resolve them proactively.
  • Manage shifting priorities and multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Build and maintain effective communication with internal colleagues and external business partners.
  • Complete special projects and assigned administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Support a culture of proactive service, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team
