The Sales Support & Administration Manager leads and elevates our Sales Support function, ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable administrative and operational support that drives sales success. This role manages operational execution and the the day-to-day performance of a team of 4 while partnering closely with Sales Leadership and senior executives to support growth. You will lead through a Sales Support Team Lead who manages daily execution, allowing you to focus on strategy, administrative team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a leader with strong administrative management experience who has successfully overseen support staff, optimized processes, and driven team performance.
Recipe for Success:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Must have 5+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or administrative leadership roles.
- Must have 3+ years of experience managing administrative, operational, or sales support teams, including oversight of staff performance, workload distribution, and process adherence.
- Proven ability to foster positive employee relations, lead, coach, and develop administrative professionals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and SOP development
- Familiarity with sales reporting, commissions, billing, CRM systems, or third-party tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Own the performance, structure, and scalability of the Sales Support department, with a strong focus on administrative excellence and operational efficiency.
- Set goals, KPIs, and service standards to ensure consistent, high-quality administrative support.
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of administrative and sales support professionals.
- Oversee workload management, task prioritization, and team productivity across support functions.
- Improve workflows, SOPs, and administrative processes to increase efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of commissions, billing, and sales reporting.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and senior leadership to align support functions with business objectives.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Ensure alignment between frontline administrative execution and departmental goals.
