Recipe for Success:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of retail merchandising sales experience for Grocery or Convenience stores
- Ability to read Plan-O-Grams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
- Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting and photography.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance at company policy limits and an acceptable motor vehicle record driving record to meet conditions of the company’s hired/non-owned auto policy.
Here is a taste of what you will be doing:
- Travel to retail locations within your assigned area to inspect product displays, signage, and overall store presentation.
- Ensure that products are displayed according to guidelines/plano-o-grams (POG compliance), including checking shelf placement, promotional setups, and signage visibility.
- Take photos of product displays, store layouts, and promotional setups for reporting and quality control purposes.
- Monitor stock levels and report any out-of-stock items or inventory discrepancies and report to the management if available or the pricing coordinator.
- Submit photos and reports timely regarding store visits.
- Communicate any store-specific issues, display problems, or suggestions for improvement to the Manager or store staff.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day while inspecting displays.
- Lift and carry up to 20 lbs. as needed.
