As the Client Business Manager for BBI, you will be responsible for cultivating strong, lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and market dynamics to provide tailored solutions that align with their vision and objectives. Your strategic sales leadership and ability to drive revenue growth will be key to ensuring client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and market dynamics. Provide tailored solutions that align with their vision and objectives.

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Collaborate closely with clients to formulate comprehensive sales strategies that align with their brand identity and market positioning. Utilize the channel leadership team to identify growth opportunities and overcome potential obstacles.
  • Revenue Growth: Leverage the channel team's expertise to identify new business opportunities, enhance existing strategies, and ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Performance Evaluation: Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance using data-driven insights to measure progress against established objectives. Proactively identify areas for optimization.
  • Market Insights: Stay well-informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities. Share relevant insights with clients to guide informed decision-making.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Manage all aspects of quarterly business reviews, working with client leadership to build deliverables and coordinating communications and data from the channel leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sector, food industry, with a manufacturer or broker environment.
