BBI is seeking an experienced Account Administrator (Trade Plan Management Administrator) for our Hollywood office. The ideal candidate should have a stable employment background and a strong work ethic. They must be able to pay attention to the smallest details and possess excellent analytical skills.

The successful applicant will be a collaborative team player with initiative and self-motivation. They will be expected to perform a range of duties and responsibilities.

Recipe for Success:

A minimum of an Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Essential qualifications include:

  • Minimum Associate degree in either Accounting, and/or Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a fast-paced office setting (prior experience in field/sales support, order entry, office administration)
  • Computer savvy, including strong keyboarding, data entry and Microsoft Office including Outlook and basic/intermediate Excel (must be able to filter, sort, use basic formulas, enter data. Pivot tables are an asset)
  • Service-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Problem solver with proven ability to multitask, work on projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with data, data entry, and numbers with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills- will need to speak with clients and be able to draft professional email correspondence.
  • Proven track record of performance in prior roles.
  • Punctual with a can-do attitude exhibiting a high level of professionalism and personal accountability.
  • Team player, able to work effectively with others at all levels.
  • Experience with MCS/order entry management systems and client portals is an asset.
  • Prior work experience in the food, foodservice, CPG (consumer packaged goods), manufacturer or with a distributor wholesaler or broker is an asset.

Here's a Taste of What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Plan management: entering billbacks, off invoices, lump sum, rebates, markdowns, spoilage, damages, slotting, racking, trade show booth fees, and allowances
  • Maintain and ensure accurate rebate or promo contracts/planners
  • Process deductions
  • Process check requests/invoices
  • Maintain credits in MCS and the client system
  • Sales Support as needed
  • Manufacturing forecasting
  • Provide general information to clients and the public
