New Alignment At BBI

Effective January 1st, 2019, BBI is realigning our leadership structure.

This new alignment is being implemented based on the changing environment and needs of clients, customers, and go-to market strategies. This new alignment will enable BBI to better develop client and customer leadership, create several leadership groups within BBI, and provide our associates with more ability to execute their functions on a day-to-day basis.

Robert Taylor will become the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be focused on vision, strategy, and client development. Pat Grant will become President/Chief Operating Officer (COO) and expand his Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/General Manager responsibilities to the Grocery and Convenience Stores Channel management. Vincent DiBetta will be promoted to Senior Vice President of Special Markets and add Club/Drug/Mass management. Bryan Shade will be Senior Vice President of the Value Channel. Paul Van Vleck, Vice President of Vending, will continue to report directly to Robert Taylor.
