This role drives results by assisting their assigned account executives in doing their jobs more effectively while also working closely with fellow Sales Support Associates.

Recipe for Success:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Administrative Support, or related field
  • To ensure success, the sales support administrator should have related experience and demonstrable administrative expertise. Outstanding sales support administrators assist sales teams in such a way that allows them to pursue sales targets rather than being tied down with additional paperwork. Support Administrators act as liaisons to internal areas such as Accounting, Marketing, Trade Planning, and Customer Service.

Primary Functions Would Include But Not Be Limited To:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus
  • Manipulate Excel Sales Reports based on project needs
  • Must be Proficient with Excel Spreadsheet & basic formulas
  • Knowledge of multiple Office 365 programs (Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Vendor Day and client Meeting Coordination (Virtual and in Person)
  • Utilize Multiple Data Sources to gather information
  • Manage Heavy email, Team chat, and phone calls
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to show initiative and make impactful decisions
