As the Business Manager for BBI, you will hold a pivotal role in managing and nurturing a highly strategic and collaborative partnership. Your expertise and insights will be essential in developing and executing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and enhancing market presence for our exclusive client within the competitive landscape.

Duties & Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for all aspects of client management, including but not limited to managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided by Burdette Beckmann, Inc.

  • Client Relationship Stewardship: Cultivate a strong and enduring relationship with our exclusive client. Understand their unique business goals, challenges, and market dynamics to provide tailored solutions that align with their vision and objectives.
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Collaborate closely with the client to formulate a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with their brand identity and market positioning. Utilize your deep understanding of the CPG sector to identify growth opportunities and overcome potential obstacles.
  • Revenue Growth: Lead initiatives to drive revenue growth by leveraging your expertise to identify new business opportunities, enhance existing strategies, and ensure alignment with the client's goals.
  • Performance Evaluation: Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, utilizing data-driven insights to measure progress against established objectives. Proactively identify areas for optimization
  • Market Insights: Stay well-informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in the CPG space. Share relevant insights with the client to guide informed decision-making.

Recipe for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or client management within the CPG industry or related field.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with the client.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for creating innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
